Snowshoe Mountain is made up of three distinct areas, each with their own personality, with trail options ranging from manicured groomers to challenging steeps, bumps and glades. And the charming mountain-top village has a variety of activities to match.Location, location, location describes it all for this 4 bedroom with den, 3 ½ bath townhome. Walk off the back deck to the Powdermonkey Lift or 2 minutes to the Western Territory. The Village is a short distance away or catch the shuttle to Silver Creek. The Big Top with arcade games, euro bungee, climbing wall and snacks is just a minute away. This unit has 3 levels.
Main level has a mudroom for ski equipment storage, a spacious living room with full sleeper sofa and full newly updated kitchen including a new Keurig---bring your favorite K-cups! Dining and sitting area and wood fireplace adjoin the kitchen.
Upstairs has master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, a Queen bedroom and bunk room sharing a bathroom. The Lower level features a 2nd master bedroom with ensuite, recreation room and den with, new queen sleeper sofa and full bath. Close the door for a private sleeping area. Enjoy flat screen TVs, Foosball, games, books and WIFI when you are not skiing. Private parking at your front door.
