Come enjoy our first floor air conditioned well maintained three bedroom apartment in Ocean City, NJ The Summer of 2022 will be our 36th rental season. Many families return yearly due to the enjoyable experience and affordability.
Our house located at 1529 West Ave. in Ocean City, NJ is three short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We are only renting 3 weeks on the first floor this summer as our family will be using it the rest of the time. . Two weeks have been rented. Only the week of July 30th to August 6th is available. We also have a second floor apartment available for any week this summer. (Please see property #3906952) Please check our references/feedback for that unit.
