Enjoy the sunshine on your private dock and relax in the evening grilling on the patio. This newly renovated lakeside home has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a furnished outdoor patio. Whether you take a boat out on the water or grab a bite to eat in Eatonton, this beautiful getaway has something for you!
Wake up and enjoy some coffee on the patio overlooking this peaceful cove. The outdoor patio is equipped with a dining table, several seating arrangements, and a grill. The back yard has two kayaks, corn hole, games, and a hammock. Our private dock has cozy chairs and room to tie on a boat.

Check In Information
Check in is allowed at 4 pm. The door has a digital lock and you will be given a unique code during your stay. The code will deactivate at 10am on the day of your departure.
Check Out Information
Check out is at 10 am. Please leave beds unmade and towels in the tub/shower in the master bathroom. Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it upon leaving. Housekeeping will unload when they arrive.
There is no trash service at this home. Guests must take all trash to the recycling center on Sammons Pkwy. The center is open from 7am - 7pm Monday - Saturday, and 1pm -7pm on Sunday. If your checkout is on Sunday, please remove all trash the day before. Only 2 bags of trash are allowed to be left on the property if checking out on Sunday.
Parking and Trailers
4 cars are allowed to park inside the driveway. If you bring a boat and use the public boat ramp, the trailer can be safely placed on the property for safe keeping during your stay.
