This Luxury Condo Building is located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, directly across the street from the beach. Each condo includes a balcony, fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi. The building includes a beautiful pool, with pool chairs and cabanas, a full Fitness Center, Convenience Store and Cafe, Tennis Courts, Meeting room, Games room and Salon.

- Check in time is ONLY from 4PM to 10PM. Late check-ins will have to pay $50. Late check-ins will have to claim their wristbands from the Front Desk on the following day.
RESORT FEE: There will be a $51.50 fee per reservation. Includes 2 fobs. Extra fobs can be obtained for an optional fee of $10 each. Guests are required to wear provided wristbands at all times to access amenities.
