Spacious, clean and comfortable 1,600 square foot single family residence consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area blend together to offer a great place for socializing while grilling on the large covered back patio or throwing something together in the sizeable kitchen, which has a counter/bar and plenty of counter space for family-style serving, a double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and cook-top.
The great room has plenty of seating for movie night after a long day on the lake. The couch and love seat have two recliners each.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a twin daybed with a twin trundle, one of the guest bedrooms has a queen and the other room has two full beds. There are two twin rollaways as well. The house comfortably sleeps 12 guests, with room for others on air mattresses in sleeping bags.
The home has central air and ceiling fans in each room for added comfort. It also has a soft water system, which helps refresh your body after a long day in the sun.
The house is located in a quiet area of Lake Havasu (up on the hillside above Terrible Herbst) on the south side of town, just minutes away from the launch ramps and the London Bridge. The lot consists of nearly ½ acre allowing for plenty of room for parking, including a boat(s) and jet skis.
