Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Short, roughly one block walk to the beach, close to Publix (groceries), Walgreens, dining, the local bus stop was right on the corner.

Negative: Inadequate maintenance, garage opener keypad had to be fiddled with to do work after property management “repaired it,” several light bulbs were burned out. We reported the issue via text message. We didn't get a reply until the last day of our stay; the washing machine had to be repaired, it broke on the second to last day of our visit. Still, it was fixed the same day service was dispatched.

Summary: Nice unit, poor maintenance support
