Newly updated 1951 home in the North Park Hill neighborhood. The three bedrooms, two full bath, cook's kitchen, washer/dryer in unit and reserved parking spaces make this the ideal place for your long term Denver area stay.
This is an older modest home and has alot of updates with some original quirks. Minutes from shopping and food in "Central Park" (Previously Stapleton) Lowry, convenient to DIA, light rail & bus lines. Just 15 minutes to downtown Denver and all the attractions it has to offer!
From the front entrance you will walk into the main living area with an open concept to the dining area and kitchen. This is a family home and some of the homeowners personal items are in the bookshelves and dressers. In the hallway you will be led to the first two bedrooms (Queen and Full beds). Through the fully stocked kitchen you will enter the entertainment room with a second dining area and TV with local channels and streaming capabilities. Through the back you'll find the largest bedroom with a King size bed and an attached bathroom. If you go out the back door there is a new patio with seating and an umbrella for hot days and twinkle lights to enjoy the Colorado evenings. Smoking is only allowed on the back patio.
