4 Bedroom House in Mount Baker, Seattle
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house will give everyone a safe haven. Ideally located in Mt Baker, you can be in downtown in 15 mins or the airport in 20 mins.
Within walking distance to charming neighborhoods, delicious restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, park and Lake Washington. Private entrance, TV, AC and dedicated parking spot. Limited to 10 guests but you can book adjacent studio to host 14 people.
The space
Located in charming Mt Baker, our house underwent extensive remodel in 2017. The main floor has an open format living, dining and kitchen. The full kitchen includes fridge, gas range and oven, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy coffee and tea in the morning or make yourself a scrumptious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Please note that food is not provided, however we will have basic pantry items, coffee and tea for your use.
In the living room, kick back on our spacious sectional and watch TV. We have a Smart TV where you can access all your favorite apps. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for 6-7 people. The dining room has a sliding door that leads out to a small deck and stairs to the patio area. There's a split system/AC that will cool or heat up this downstairs area.
There is one bedroom downstairs with a full-sized murphy bed. This room is next to the downstairs bathroom with shower.
As you head up the stairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a California King bed with a spacious closet. The ensuite bathroom will provide you with privacy as you get ready for your day. The adjacent bedroom also has a California King bed. Both bedrooms with king beds have split systems/AC as well as ceiling fan. Across from the bedrooms, the third bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub. The fourth bedroom can double as an office with a standing desk as well as a bedroom with a full-size sofa bed. This room also has access to an oversized deck in the back.
Outdoors, we have a full fenced patio area with patio furniture and dining bench. The house also comes equipped with gas grill and fire pit. Depending on the season, the outdoor furniture may be covered and unavailable for guests. There's an owners shed in the backyard that's inaccessible by guests.
We use the following products for cleaning
- Hypoallergenic Detergent for laundry
- Biokleen, Meyers, and Seventh Generation brand products to clean
- Dr Bronners brand liquid castile soap for scrubbing
- Diluted Swiffer Jet Solution for cleaning the floor
Please note that we do not accept pets. Absolutely no parties or additional guests allowed. Breaking these rules are grounds for immediate dismissal from property with no refund.
No smoking, concealed weapons, or use of illicit drugs allowed.
This house is limited to 10 guests. However, we have an adjoining studio that you can book if you want to host max 14 people.
Please note that we do have exterior cameras and video doorbell.
Guest access
The house is located halfway on a slope. From the street, there are two sets of stairs. However, guests coming from the alley can park and walk down one set of stairs to the front door. We highly recommend coming thru the alley, either as drop off or parking.
Other things to note
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. Please park in the designated visitor parking spot. There is no delineation between your parking, the adjacent studio spot and the neighbor's so please park in the correct area as shown on the listing picture.
