The core of the house itself was built in the 1920s and retains the historic style while more recent additions including a full second floor and kitchen seamlessly blend modern living with historic building design. The first floor contains a kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances, a living room and two bedrooms, one with a twin and bunkbeds and one with a double. The living room displays wonderful panoramic views of the Harbor through windows that illuminate the entire downstairs in natural light. The upstairs has a living area of its own equipped with a TV and sleeper sofa.
