Summary:
Es un humilde penthouse de dos niveles en el piso 23, con vista a Plaza Andares, tiene 4 habitaciones, todas con baño privado. Lo heredé de mi tía Teresita de Jesús (era su sobrino favorito). No es un depa de lujo; eso se lo dejamos a los depas de Mónaco y Singapur… este es un lugar sencillo con todo para una estancia cómoda. A 1 min de Andares, 15 min de la Expo GDL y 15 min del Estadio Akron. La torre tiene alberca, jacuzzi, oficinas y gym; de ese último no opino, lo mío son los restaurantes.
The Space:
Este humilde penthouse tiene dos niveles. En la planta baja hay una habitación y un cuarto de servicio, ambos con baño propio. En la planta alta está la recámara principal y otra habitación gemela a la de la planta baja. El aire acondicionado es central, con un control para planta alta y otro para planta baja. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV, cuatro almohadas y su duvet.
La torre cuenta con oficinas, gym y salón de juegos de uso común. Solo el sauna, la alberca y el jacuzzi tienen reglas especiales: están disponibles únicamente para estancias de 2 noches o más y se usan bajo reservación con el lobby. La reserva se asigna por horario y se privatiza: si tú tienes el horario, nadie más puede entrar; si ya está ocupado, tendrás que esperar a otro turno.
Este no es un alojamiento de lujo: es una opción sencilla, económica y funcional para grupos grandes que buscan espacio y comodidad básica a un precio accesible.
Guest Access:
Si llegas en auto, primero estaciónate en Plaza Pabellón para tomar la tarjeta de estacionamiento (costo: $20 MXN por hora). Para evitar pagar, sugerimos que una persona suba por la tarjeta del estacionamiento y otra espere en el área de ascenso y descenso de la plaza.
El lobby de la torre está en el piso 3 de la plaza. En el elevador presiona el piso 3: el botón no se ilumina, pero sí funciona. Al salir, verás el letrero de “Parklife”; dirígete con los vigilantes para que te entreguen tu acceso.
Una vez que tengas acceso, baja al sótano 2 de la plaza, utiliza tu tarjeta para ingresar y busca el cajón marcado como PH E. Estacionarte en otro lugar genera una multa, te pedimos ser muy cuidadoso.
The Neighborhood:
Parklife está en Plaza Pabellón, un centro comercial con pocos locales comerciales activos, pero aún con vida gracias a Cinépolis, Skyfun, un par de discotecas y un restaurante brasileño con mucho movimiento. Al estar en Colinas de San Javier, los huéspedes están a solo 1 minuto en auto de Plaza Andares y Landmark, el corredor comercial más importante de la ciudad, con una gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas, spas y mucho más.
Getting Around:
Moverse desde aquí es muy sencillo. La plaza en la que se encuentra la torre tiene área de ascenso y descenso, lo que hace súper práctico usar Uber o apps similares (sin sufrir con el estacionamiento). Estamos entre Avenida Acueducto y Avenida Patria, lo que permite conectarte rápido con Periférico y otras avenidas importantes de la ciudad. Nuestra recomendación: usar Uber o Didi; casi siempre es más cómodo y eficiente que manejar por la zona de Andares.
