Ideally located, with a south-facing location and a magnificent view of a garden, this 26 m2 (2 rooms) apartment is ideally designed to accommodate 1 or 2 people for a vacation, in joyful comfort.
Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator - approximately 40 steps, not very high) of a former listed seaside hotel, this apartment, completely renovated and refreshed over the years, is composed of: a living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa (small fridge with freezer section, 3-burner hob, combined oven-microwave, washing machine/dryer), and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet. Free WIFI and Orange television.
NOTE: heating will be removed in June, July and August and weeks when it will not be used
The stairs and corridors are "old" and under renovation (by 2026 - these are the common areas that do not belong to me)
