Located in an area of lovely waterfront properties, this is a private Lake Michigan waterfront home. A central location for all Up North destinations, this home is just 15 minutes to Torch Lake, 45 minutes to Traverse City, 25 Minutes to downtown Charlevoix, and 1 hour 30 minutes to Mackinaw City. The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, fireplace in living room, dining area, and a kitchen nook. Great views of Lake Michigan are afforded from the large open living area. With a waterside deck for entertaining, the home sits up on bluff for incredible views of Lake Michigan. You will have great lake views from all of the bedrooms located on the 2nd floor of the home. The master suite has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. Washer/dryer and dishwasher are also provided inside the unit. This is a great location and option for those families looking to get away and just enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer. The water views are second to none from the bluff overlook. While this home does not have direct water access due to the bluff, the association does provide a common beach area with a swing set that is for guests use about 1/4 mile walk away. There is also a great beach about 2 miles away.
