RV & Boat parking is available (with hook-up!). The house is beautifully renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room is large in size with a king size bed, queen size bed and a bunk bed (3 twin). A pull-out couch is available in the master bedroom, plus 4 reclining chairs in the TV room sofas. Each room comes with dressers, hangers, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs in every room. You can watch movies, regular TV and sports channels on Netflix, YouTube TV and Disney+ streaming services, and you can work remotely at our house using our High-Speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer is available. There is plenty of room to host big family meals with a large indoor and outdoor kitchen. The indoor kitchen comes with plenty of counter space, coffee bar (Keurig coffee maker and drip), fully loaded with dishes, utensils, and all cookware (i.e. pots and pans, knives, cutting board, etc.). All appliances are there, including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven. The outdoor kitchen includes a beautiful large island, refrigerator, sink and BBQ. The BBQ includes a grill, top iron grill and pizza ceramic plate for pizza night! Plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside. If you want to enjoy the great outdoors from the inside, there is an air-conditioned sunroom that includes 2 large comfortable chairs and a hanging chair. This is a safe and friendly neighborhood. 4 minute drive from Madeira Beach, close to John's Pass, Pinella's Trail, shops and restaurants. It's hard to be bored here.
