Summary: Only the house keeping was good! They have a serious problems with the sewerage smell in the bathroom. Tried to have lunch in the restaurant that was supposed to start at A12:30 pm and it was 12:45pm and still not even a waiter in sight!!! Jacuzzi that was supposed to work from 9 am to 9 pm , jajaja only used as little pool by kid's… Ask for a towel for the palapa seats by the beach and the reception employe told me that they would have cleaned ones in 20min. yea right jajajaja Men’s bathroom by the cactus restaurant, had the two only urinals covered with plastic (obviously out off order) and had to pee in a dirty toilet, on the night just before there New Year’s Eve party event.. Overall a much needed maintenance in all the resort!!! And last : WiFi that came and went by the lobby. Obviously no signal in my room. And the only excuse for all this issues was that is the low season and not enough personnel.
