Our Beach House in Paradise is situated overlooking the iconic Swamis beach area of Encinitas. We are a quick five minute walk to Swami’s and has partial ocean views from kitchen and full ocean views from master bedroom and bath. The location is perfect to walk to the beach or walk to town. And our spacious, enclosed outdoors is perfect for a family to enjoy the tranquility of our Encinitas neighborhood.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, appliances (such as mixers and blenders) coffee grinder, coffee maker, coffee filters, toaster and more.
All beds have new mattresses and comfortable linens.
The combined dining room and living room frames the extensive views of the ocean and Self Realization temple; giving you the feeling that you are outside, while enjoying the comfort of the inside.
The backyard is where you will spend much of your time. The large yard has amazing views with a big deck where you can relax and watch the sunset. There is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a small ocean view casita in the back that you can use as a bedroom, office or music room. Outdoor shower for rinsing off from the beach or just because you can.
The Master Bedroom has beautiful ocean views from the glass French doors. Master bath even has ocean views. Guest bedrooms are east facing with the morning sun.
Washer and dryer in the garage available to keep your clothes clean and dry.
Driveway parking for 2 cars as well as 2 front street parking spaces. A gate wraps around the whole property.
