Come relax and enjoy your time in a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom brand new home located in the Village of Citrus Grove. You’ll know you’re in Florida as soon as you walk in the door.
This spacious home features an open concept layout with everything you need for up to six guests.
All kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are new. Enjoy a cup of coffee from a Keurig or 12 cup drip coffeemaker. A state-of-the-art water filtration system is installed providing tasty drinking water from the sink faucet.
Enjoy the 65” flat screen Smart TV from very comfortable swivel rocker recliners. Basic cable and WIFI are included and access to other popular networks (like Netflix) are available if you have account.
The spacious master bedroom has a 44” TV, plenty of storage, and a comfortable king size bed. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, two sinks, and plenty of closet space.
Two spare bedrooms have queen beds. The larger guest bedroom also includes a 44” TV and office desk and chair.
Enjoy the outdoors on a screened lanai that comfortably seats 8.
The Villages, FL has all the activities you could dream of. With the Villages Lifestyle ID you can have access to executive (included)/championship (green fees are extra) golf courses. You may also enjoy any of the many recreation centers and pools. Recreation Centers offer outdoor activities and more than 500 indoor events. Requires a resident pass or guest pass.
NOTE: Please be aware a Lifestyle ID is required to use most of the community amenities. The cost is $50 for the primary tenant. A guest ID card can be obtained at no additional charge. Please let your Host know when you book your reservation if you would like to purchase the pass and forms will be sent via email to The Villages Lifestyle Center to have the ID authorized. Passes can be paid for with cash or check only.
The Ezell Recreation Center, Sawgrass Grove recreation/marketplace and McGrady’s Pub, 18 hole putting course– all opening Spring 2022 – are a 5 minute walk away.
