This brand-new, modern, custom-built home sleeps up to 14 adults plus one infant/toddler across 5 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Four bedrooms feature plush king-size beds, including a versatile office/guest room with a Murphy king bed. The fifth bedroom offers an adult-rated queen-over-queen bunk bed, with each bunk supporting up to 400 lbs. The living area includes a comfortable queen pullout sofa with a real mattress—no uncomfortable sleepers here. Every bedroom is equipped with a large, brand-new smart TV.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster, blender, and air fryer. Step outside to your private oasis featuring a heated pool and jacuzzi, enclosed by a screened pool cage for bug-free evenings. The outdoor space also includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and state-of-the-art BBQ, ideal for entertaining and al fresco dining.
