While staying at our home, you'll have full, private access to a tropical backyard area with heated pool, BBQ grill, dining table, lounge chairs, and outdoor shower, which will come in handy after spending a day on the nearby beach. Located in a family-friendly and safe neighborhood, half a mile to the beach. Nearest beach access has restrooms, bike racks, and plenty of parking.
Our home is completely renovated and offers a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops, gas stove, and everything you need to make family meals to share around a beautiful dining table. The open concept living area offers a place to relax, watch tv, play games and enjoy each other’s company. Down the hallway you’ll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one hallway bathroom and one en-suite bathroom). Three bedrooms offer king size beds, one with a dedicated work space. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and several kids books and toys. Each bedroom has a Fire TV. The entire home has been remodeled and thoughtfully decorated for a stylish, cozy feel. Please note the third bedroom is only accessed through the second bedroom or the separate exterior patio door.
