Our Newly renovated in-law apartment has its own private entrance, nicely equipped kitchenette, beautiful bathroom and a really cozy bedroom in a traditional craftsman ideally located in the center of the Wallingford neighborhood. Our home is an easy walk, bus ride, or drive to all that Seattle has to offer. Diverse restaurants and hangout bars dot 45th Street, the neighborhood’s main commercial strip within a two minutes walk. Your retreat We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Luxurious bedsheets, hair dryer, convection and microwave oven, make-up towels, phone chargers and much more to ensure you have a worry-free stay. Our philosophy We want you to have a wonderful holiday. We believe that during your stay our home will be yours and we want you to be relaxed, comfortable and happy. Welcome to our piece of the emerald city! Guest access You will have free reign to the entire indoor space of the apartment. Interaction with guests The apartment is completely separate, with a private outside entrance. We do live above the apartment, so you will probably hear our 2 young children's squeals of delight, footsteps and/or creaking of our 100 year old wood floors during the day. We are happy to chat and help make your stay in Seattle enjoyable any way we can. Other things to note With 2 young children in the house, the apartment could get noisy at times. We do provide ear plugs in the bedroom for those guests that would like them.
