The Holiday Inn, with its Tiki Hut, is down the beach, which is party central for on-the-beach fun. Sit on your balcony and enjoy the distant live music from the Tiki Hut. This condo building is ON THE BEACH, not across the street, or second row. By having private access to the beach, you are not part of the crowd at the public access point.

The best combination of excellent size, near outstanding entertainment, yet offers the desired degree of privacy. Walk from your villa, past the private pool, and you are on the beach.

All units in Beachwood Place are the same size and floor plan. They vary by how each is decorated. The entire building was rehabilitated a few years ago with new features, including an elevator and new A/C. Being similar, you may want to choose due to availability, price and beach view.
