Welcome to our home! You’ll be staying at one of the few houses in North Bend with a view of both the Snoqualmie river and the famous Mount Si. We invite you to relax & sip your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. With 4 rooms 2.5 baths + an office, this spacious home is an ideal place for a family getaway, adventure retreat, remote work, or ski vacation. This is not a corporate-owned rental but a family home in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from all the best outdoor adventures.
This spacious home is nestled in the quaint neighborhood of Riverbend. The backyard overlooks the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River and its winding riverbank full of cedar and poplar trees. Our space is unique in that you can see (and hear!) the river from both the upstairs and downstairs floors.
The house has a two story layout with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located upstairs and 1 room and bath downstairs. The main bedroom has a view of the river, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub and open shower. The other two bedrooms have peakaboo mountain views of Mailbox Peak and Mount Catherine and share a detached bathroom. The fourth bedroom downstairs doubles as an office with a desk for working (no closet). The downstairs floor has a great room with 20ft ceilings and an open concept kitchen + lounge room area for hanging out. We have tried to curate a 'mountain modern' aesthetic which pairs the warm wood accents of a classic cabin with some modern touches. It is stocked with everything you need to relax comfortably.
