Less then 1/2 mile from the boat launch ramp, Casino, grocery store, restaurant and beaches and 31,000 acres of ATV terrain. New Casino grand opening this month (November 2019) within walking distance. Easy access to Lake Havasu City, just a 15 minute ferry ride from the Casino.
