This converted warehouse loft is an entertainer's dream! It is the perfect place to get rested by day for a night out on the town, heading out to a game, or simply entertaining friends and family. It's proximity to downtown makes everything walking or biking distance or simply catch the light rail at the station one block away. The oversized crushed velvet bench seating nestled around an Art Deco dining table provides ample room for coffee and breakfast with friends before a big day (or after a big night). Large common areas allow for enough room to enjoy your parties company and spread out. The loft is decked out with the following: pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, multiple lounging areas, Crosley record player equipped with bluetooth, full service kitchen, Hollywood style bluetooth enabled mirrors, oversized garden tub, roman style showers, velvet tufted beds, 65" Samsung smart TV in the living area, 50" Samsung smart TV in the master bedroom both with soundbars, a one car garage with one additional parking space, WiFi, and full size washer/dryer. Guests will have access to every part of the loft.
You will receive your self check-in instructions, via email, two days prior to your booking.
We will be available to answer any and all questions before and during your stay.
During weekend nights, on-site security will be present to ensure our most important House Rule of 11 pm quiet time is observed.
QUIET TIME is 11 pm. The suite is connected to other suites that may be booked during your stay. Please be respectful of fellow patrons. There is NO SMOKING allowed in the suite. Guests who leave behind excessive garbage, trash or belongings will be charged their full deposit.There is 24/7 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE throughout the exterior of the property for the safety of both property and guests.
