This listing is for two villas located in the best condo community in Waikoloa - Kolea! Our villas have over 150 5 star ratings and we have been doing this for over 10 years. We decided to create a new listing to allow guests to search for accommodations that will handle 10 to 15 people. Our villas are both ground floor units for easy access both for seniors and for families with children. The first villa is in building 11 and has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The second villa is in building 16 and has a nice garden view. Both villas have beautiful lanais with their own private BBQ. The two villas are a short 1 minute walk apart from each other. Both villas are a short few minute walk to the ocean and the pool. Our villas are appointed with high end designer furnishings and appliances. Both homes are maintained in top shape and we are constantly updating and enhancing the furnishings. We also equip our villas with high chairs and pack and plays for families with small children. Both villas come with free usage of our beach toys such as snorkel and boogie board gear as well beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and much more. The villas also come with discounted golf at the two PGA courses in Waikoloa. If you golf look no further. We have the best deal - You will get the member's rate of $50 on golf at the Waikoloa Resort Kings Course and $75 at the Beach Course. And you can just use my clubs -- they are in the storage locker in front of the car park.
