Wood floors throughout, 65" TV for your use plus air conditioning and heat, which you control for your own comfort. Both bedrooms have Queen beds, plus there is a Queen sized pullout sofa bed in the den. Bathroom has a full tub plus shower. Kitchenette does not include a full oven or stove, but does includes a full sized refrigerator, plus large toaster oven, electric griddle, countertop electric 2 burner stove, coffee/tea maker, microwave and all other kitchen essentials. Also enjoy your own private outdoor space which includes a covered gazebo plus grill, fire pit and seating for 6. Two friendly fenced dogs on the property.
Please note you will be able to hear our dogs and family members walking/running around upstairs but we do house the dogs upstairs on the third level from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am where you will will be unable to hear them. If any family member comes home after 10:00 pm, we do our best to be respectful and keep the noise level to a minimum.
