Welcome to Gigi's Retreat, one of the few Licensed Short-Term Vacation Rentals on the Windward side of Oahu. This three bedroom, three bath home with large swimming pool sits on .9 acres of Kailua Beachfront. The home has been recently refurbished with new furnishings, fixtures, appliances, linen and accessories making it clean, comfortable and refreshed. A beautiful, ocean front lawn separates the home from the ocean, offering quiet and privacy. Two miles of white sandy beach front the home - an ideal spot for swimming, bodysurfing, paddling and kite surfing.
The spacious rooms offer a flexible bedding arrangement that will appeal to groups of various sizes and makeup.

This classic Kailua beachfront home is located on the Windward side of Oahu, 30 minutes from Honolulu and approximately 1 mile from the center of Kailua Town where guests will enjoy a variety of family-friendly restaurants, grocery and boutique shops. Cool, ocean breezes keep the home comfortable throughout the year. Newly installed air conditioning "split" systems have been added to all the bedrooms for extra evening comfort on those hot summer nights.
