This luxurious and spacious (1906 square feet), 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront condo is situated in the Playa building of Las Mañanitas. Every room in the condo has stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. Our unit is fully furnished and designer appointed, offering you every luxury. All US and Canadian TV channels available!
The beautiful master bedroom features a king sized bed with designer down comforter and bedding and private bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. This room features large sliding glass doors with black-out curtains. There is a safe provided in the master bedroom to keep your valuables protected. There is also a small sitting area in the master bedroom where you can relax.
The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with designer down comforters and bedding and its own full bathroom with double sinks. Enjoy views of Palmilla Point from bed through large glass doors, complete with black-out curtains. There is also a full sized sofa-bed in the living-room if required.
The Living Room and Guest Room feature flat screen televisions with Cabo Internet TV which features all Canadian and US channels. For your listening pleasure, there is a deluxe audio system in the living room and out on the private balcony where you can enjoy 4th floor panoramic views from Punta Gorda to Palmilla Point while sitting at our custom granite bar top.
We feature 2 dining areas to entertain and gather for family meals. Enjoy eating in the beautiful dining room at a copper topped table that can seat up to 6 or take your meals out to our balcony dining table for 6. For a special treat we can help you arrange to have a private chef come in and prepare a gourmet meal for you and your guests.
The living-room and dining areas are very spacious. The kitchen is fully-equipped and features all brand new STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES as well as a state of the art coffee maker and large blender for your margaritas! There is a laundry room inside the unit and we provide the detergent for you. The large patio, featuring a beautiful granite countertop, overlooks the pools and hot tub area, the beach, and the sea.
Everything is provided from dishes to beach towels. We have a set of GOLF CLUBS for your use at some of the finest golf clubs around! There is a SURF BOARD, a large supply of beach and pool toys, wet suits, snorkeling equipment, etc for your enjoyment. Our goal is to make your holiday a pleasant and relaxing experience!
