Inside, the space is modern and bright. You’ll find a cozy living area with a fireplace, a smart TV, and plenty of room to relax after a day on the trails. The fully equipped kitchenette makes mealtime easy, and the full bathroom, complete with a private changing room, adds a level of convenience rarely found in a tiny home.
Sleep comes easy here: the home features one king bed and two queen beds, giving everyone space to rest and recharge. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. With Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and countless trails and viewpoints within easy reach, this location puts you right in the middle of Southern Utah’s best scenery and outdoor experiences.

Whether you’re cruising scenic highways or hitting desert singletrack, adventure is never far from your door.
