Other top to bottom features include a 5 zone SONOS sound system, large Samsung smart flatscreen TVs, fiberoptic wireless internet inside and out, and daily housekeeping included - leave the dishes/don't make a bed. A large living room upstairs and a family room downstairs. The main floor office includes a large monitor and 3-in-1 printer for those who can't leave work behind.
The top floor MBR suite includes a King bed, two WCs, ample closet space, a sitting room with a view to die for perfect for morning coffee and checking your email.
On the bottom floor off the family room are two smaller bedrooms with Queen and Double Twins respectively, each with their own full bathroom, and their own terraced patio.
At the main floor, there is a full "mini-master" with its own King bed and full bath with entrance through the kitchen or off the main deck. This bedroom has an adjoining room for small children/infants with bunk beds, trundle bed, and room for crib/play n pak.
There is ample sunning space with multiple deck lounge chairs.
Want to get to the beach? You may be the only ones on it. Grab a beach chair and go down 2 flights of stairs and you're there or walk around via the golf course path. Some snorkel gear is available but all water sports equipment can be rented nearby (surfboards, paddleboards, kayaks, etc.). This is one of the few safe warm water swim beaches in the area - great for morning and evening strolls or that morning workout.
The home is extremely safe and private with the HOA's 24/7 manned security and double gated entrance. A golf cart with crate bed is included for access to over 8 eateries and a market within the Palmilla resort as well as the beach (no sand use).
